Board Meetings & Minutes

Police board meetings must be held publicly unless Sec. 69.2 of the Police Act  is applied.  

The annual schedule of the public sessions of the Victoria & Esquimalt Police Board meetings is below. 

Meetings are held at 5:00 p.m. and are livestreamed/recorded on the Police Board YouTube channel unless otherwise indicated. 

Members of the public who may wish to attend in-person must arrive at VicPD Headquarters (850 Caledonia Avenue) no later than 4:50 p.m. so that staff can sign attendees in and bring them to the meeting room.  All guests of VicPD are required to provide photo ID in exchange for a visitor tag while in the building.
